Terms of service

The service

Hundo helps users research prospects, prepare outreach, and track sales activity. You remain responsible for reviewing messages, deciding whom to contact, pressing Send, and complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to your outreach.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not use Hundo for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsolicited activity, or to access or store data without a lawful basis.

Trial, subscriptions, and cancellation

The introductory charge is $1 for up to 10 researched prospects over 3 days. Unless canceled, the selected plan then renews monthly at the price shown during checkout, plus applicable taxes and optional seat charges. You may cancel through Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Data and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant Hundo the limited permission needed to process it and operate the service. Hundo and its software, design, and branding remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hundo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the preceding three months.

Ending use

You may stop using Hundo at any time. Access may be suspended for security risk, nonpayment, or material breach of these terms.
