What we collect

Hundo stores account and workspace information, the target profiles and message examples you provide, prospect records created for your workspace, product activity, and billing identifiers. Payment card details are collected and handled by Stripe, not Hundo.

How we use information

We use it to operate the service, personalize prospect research and drafts, secure accounts, provide support, measure product performance, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Processors and storage

Application data is stored in PostgreSQL hosted on Railway. We use service providers such as Railway, Stripe, authentication providers you select, and the prospect discovery provider configured for the service.

Your choices

You can edit workspace data in the product, cancel billing through Settings, and request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting the Hundo operator identified on your invoice.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted secrets, signed billing webhooks, and operational monitoring. Information is retained while needed to provide Hundo and afterward only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
